I am aware that, in light of the recent upsurge in research exploring the benefits of entheogens and psychedelics, more and more people are turning to these substances to address mental health challenges, particularly where traditional prescription medications have either been ineffective or no longer provide relief.
While the UK remains in the clinical trials stage of research, the increasing availability of retreat centres in parts of Europe and beyond, where these substances are legal, has made such options more accessible than ever before.

The use of entheogens and psychedelics can offer profound insights and experiences that may catalyse personal growth and healing.
However, integrating these experiences into everyday life requires careful, considered support.
This is where integration therapy comes in.
What is Integration Therapy?
Integration therapy is designed to help individuals process and make sense of their psychedelic experiences in a meaningful way. It focuses on translating insights gained during a psychedelic experience into practical, actionable changes in life. This process can help to deepen the understanding of one’s inner self, promote emotional healing, and improve overall well-being.
Why Integration Matters:
The psychedelic experience can be intense and sometimes overwhelming. Without the right support, it can be challenging to understand and integrate these powerful experiences into your day-to-day life. Integration therapy provides a safe and supportive space where we can explore the emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of your journey, helping you to ground the insights you’ve gained and apply them constructively.

I offer integration sessions to support those who have engaged in psychedelic experiences and wish to process and integrate them in a therapeutic setting. Whether you’ve participated in a guided retreat or taken part in personal journeys, I can help you navigate the complex emotions, new understandings, and potential challenges that may arise post-experience.
Together, we can work on:
- Processing any unresolved emotions or confusion following a psychedelic experience
- Identifying any insights or breakthroughs that may need further exploration
- Navigating challenges such as anxiety, confusion, or emotional upheaval that might arise after such experiences
- Developing healthier, more mindful practices for integrating the experience into your life moving forward
I have participated in the ICEERS Academy integration training and we can either follow their structured, time limited model (which works well if you are in crisis as a result of your experience) or work from a person-centred, perspective, focusing on your unique needs and experiences. If you are looking for compassionate support to make sense of a psychedelic experience or to integrate newfound insights into your life, I invite you to get in touch.
Please note: Psychedelics are illegal in the UK, so I want to be very clear that I do not provide a sitting service, nor can I make referrals to underground providers. My work is offered as a form of harm reduction only.
